About Us

All Minds Psychotherapy is a neurodivergent-affirming therapy practice specializing in work with adults and couples, including individuals with ADHD and related neurodevelopmental differences. We provide thoughtful, trauma-informed care for clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, and the complexities of neurodiverse partnerships.

While ADHD is a core area of expertise, All Minds Psychotherapy also works with individuals and couples seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our approach is integrative, blending traditional talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support regulation, insight, and meaningful, sustainable change.

Kelly Coppola Founder and Director specializing in Adult ADHD

Kelly Coppola, LCSW is the founder of All Minds Psychotherapy and a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults and couples. She is one of the founding clinicians of the Hallowell Center New York, where she worked closely for two decades with Dr. Edward Hallowell, a recognized pioneer in the field of ADHD. This long-standing collaboration deeply shaped her strengths-based, compassionate, and practical approach to working with neurodivergent individuals and their partners.

Kelly has specialized in ADHD and neurodivergent care for over a decade, supporting adults who struggle with executive functioning, emotional regulation, and the impact of ADHD on work, school, and relationships. She also enjoys working with individuals and couples whose relationships have been affected by ADHD, helping partners develop greater understanding, communication, and connection.

In addition to private practice, Kelly has worked extensively in higher education settings. She previously served as a Clinician and Assistant Director at the Kean University Counseling Center, and as a Clinician with Pace University’s OASIS program, supporting college students with a range of cognitive, emotional, and learning differences. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of emerging adults and those navigating life transitions, boundary setting, and interpersonal challenges.

Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. She is a certified yoga instructor and has completed a rigorous Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, allowing her to integrate mind-body regulation techniques and contemplative psychology into her clinical work. She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Kelly brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Clients often describe her as warm, honest, approachable, and direct, valuing a therapeutic style that is deeply attuned, grounded in clinical knowledge, and practical for everyday life.
